As a 7th generation Grayson County resident, Rhonda is proud to be in a position to represent the people of this area especially, as well as our clients in the Texoma region and throughout North Texas.
After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Texas State University, Rhonda gained a wealth of knowledge in various industries in the context of project management and business analytics, as well as the health industry to include insurance and medical staffing.
Rhonda attended SMU Dedman School of Law after she and her husband welcomed their first child. While in school, she especially appreciated the opportunity to represent indigent litigants in the civil clinic, both as a student counselor and later as a student “chief counsel” on a team that had the opportunity to argue in front of the 5th Court of Appeals in Dallas—a first for the clinic’s 75-year history.
While in law school and for the first 6 years of her legal career, Rhonda practiced insurance defense, representing individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers in personal injury, wrongful death, and contractual disputes in nearly a dozen counties in the North Texas region. This experience provided her invaluable knowledge as to the inside workings of legal claims processes and insurance litigation. Rhonda is a zealous and fiery litigator with a successful trial record against formidable attorneys in the DFW region. She is proud to now focus those abilities in the interest of plaintiffs in need of counsel and representation.
