Jennifer Saralino brings a well-rounded perspective to criminal defense, shaped by years of experience in prosecution, criminal investigations, and federal service. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jennifer earned her degree in Education from Kent State University before attending The University of Akron School of Law, where she graduated in 2019.
Following law school, Jennifer joined the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., serving as a Paralegal Specialist for the Violent Crimes and Narcotics Trafficking Division. She later relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she worked as a Criminal Investigator for the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office while preparing for the Oklahoma Bar Exam.
After becoming licensed in Oklahoma in 2022, Jennifer was appointed as an Assistant Tribal Prosecutor for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. During her three years with the Tribe, she prosecuted a wide range of criminal matters, from traffic offenses to serious felony cases involving child sexual abuse.
Jennifer later served as Assistant District Attorney for Choctaw County in Hugo, Oklahoma, where she handled cases involving violent crimes, child sexual abuse, CSAM offenses, aggravated drug trafficking, and numerous other felony and misdemeanor matters.
In May 2026, Jennifer joined Bill Kennedy Law bringing with her extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of the criminal justice system from both the prosecution and defense perspectives. Licensed in Ohio, Oklahoma, the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Jennifer is known for her ability to evaluate cases from every angle — an invaluable asset when building a strong defense strategy for her clients.
Outside of the courtroom, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her son, who is the center of her world, and her two dogs, who are the bane of her existence!
