Beau’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including residential and commercial construction disputes, business litigation, and personal injury matters. Throughout his legal career, he has successfully advocated for clients facing challenging legal issues and has built a reputation for thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and dedicated client service.
A proud Texas native, Powell was born in Lubbock and graduated from Allen High School before earning both his undergraduate and law degrees from Texas A&M University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2012 and earned his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2015.
Powell is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
At Bill Kennedy Law, Powell will continue serving clients involved in complex civil disputes while helping expand the firm’s civil litigation practice throughout North Texas and beyond.
When he is not advocating for clients, Powell enjoys spending time outdoors with his two daughters.
