DONNA HAS AN IN-DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF THE TEXAS CRIMINAL CODES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE CODES.
Donna is our senior paralegal and oversees both the Criminal and Bankruptcy Departments of Bill Kennedy Law.
On the criminal side, Donna has five years of experience in criminal defense work and is proficient at handling everything from administrative hearings and discovery to occupational violations and and parole packages. Donna also has an in-depth understanding of the Texas Criminal Codes and the State of Texas Administrative Codes. Her knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice system assist our attorneys in developing concrete strategies for our clients.
On the bankruptcy side, Donna brings to the table more than seven years of experience in debt collection practice, bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11 and 13), repossessions and reaffirmations. Her commitment to customer service, understanding client needs and working with each client’s unique financial situation gives Bill Kennedy Law the competitive edge. Donna’s experience from working in both the consumer and creditor sides of bankruptcy combines to form a distinct formula we use to handle our clients’ cases.
