No two people are alike, so why should their legal cases be treated as such? At Bill Kennedy Law, we acknowledge that you are not a one-size-fits-all piece on the conveyor belts of personal injury law and criminal defense. We are here to help you find your voice and break apart from the mold, either by ensuring you and your family receive the restitution you deserve in a personal injury claim or by providing you with a sound criminal defense. Please contact us today so we may begin evaluating your case and offer you the legal aid you need.
Although Bill handles different kinds of cases, he is primarily focused as a trial lawyer for both personal injury cases—such as those involving car wrecks, truck/commercial vehicle wrecks and motorcycle accidents—and criminal defense cases, including those related to sex crimes. As a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College, Bill is never afraid to take any of his clients’ cases to trial.
As a personal injury and criminal defense attorney, Joan appreciates that there are two equally important aspects to every case—the technical and the human. She knows an injured person or someone who needs zealous defense can receive justice only if he or she is able to effectively navigate through the complex system of laws and requirements.
Donna is our senior paralegal and oversees both the Criminal and Bankruptcy Departments of Bill Kennedy Law. Having an in-depth understanding of the Texas Criminal Codes and the State of Texas Administrative Codes, Donna is able to provide us with strategic formulas we use to handle our clients’ cases.
As Mr. Kennedy’s legal assistant, Erika handles both Personal Injury and Criminal cases. She is a Licensed Notary Public in Texas and is continuing her education in the law field this fall at El Centro College.
